This year, a group of motivated and language-loving students have once again registered for the annual language and work experience in Ireland. This trip offers a unique opportunity to not only use the English language in work life, but also to immerse yourself in Irish culture. During our stay, we live with host families, which further enriches the experience. Thanks to the Irish hospitality and warmth, the students are in good hands.

On the one hand, living with a host family provides an insight into various customs and cultural peculiarities that may have been unknown and unusual to you before. On the other hand, host families are very understanding and supportive, especially for those who still feel unsure about their English and need a little “boost” to feel more confident in their daily use of the language. This stay also offers the perfect opportunity to make new friends and acquaintances that can last far beyond the language weeks.

Whether at work or while shopping, interacting with the host family or going on excursions together - the students are constantly surrounded by the language and experience what it is like to really live English. Not only are language skills strengthened through these experiences, but also the use and attitude towards foreign languages improve enormously.
